How does the adoption process work?

The adoption process is relatively laid back. Simply schedule a time and day to come visit us so you have a chance to meet the critters you are interested in. You can even take them home same day. We do ask a few simple questions, and have you fill out an adoption form just to ensure the critter goes to a good home.

How does the surrender process work?

Unlike most rescues, we do not charge a surrender fee. Just let us know when the best time for you would be to either drop them off or have us come pick them up. We will have you sign a form, stating that you are surrendering your animal. Surrendering an animal to our rescue IMMEDIATELY disqualifies you for any future adoptions.

What is your return policy?

If you adopt a pet from us, you have 14 days to decide if that pet is a good fit for you. Within the 14 days, a refund will be issued. After 14 days, returns are happily accepted, but unfortunately with no refund. If you adopt an animal, we are not responsible if that pet passes away after it leaves our care, no matter how long or short the time is.

What are the payment options?

At These Little Guineas, we accept cash, credit, or PayPal as acceptable forms of payment. Unfortunately we do not accept checks at this time.

Do you offer gift cards?

Because we do offer several merchandising items, we do offer gift certificates that are available for purchase. Please contact use for more info.
